Carpet steam cleaning can be booked separately or added to deep and end-of-lease cleaning. Regrouting or sealing, mould removal and exterior windows are not part of these cleans. Read each service’s exclusions before booking.
WHAT IT COSTS
A one-off standard clean starts at $221, a deep clean at $329 and an end of lease or move-in clean at $423. For a 2 bed, 1 bath home, the size we clean most often, that’s $253, $361 and $455. A regular plan lowers the standard price on every visit. Carpet steam cleaning has a $150 minimum per visit, before booking fees. Office and commercial cleaning is $99 per cleaner-hour.

Prices are AUD per visit from our booking calculator, including GST and the Care & Cover fee, for a home that has been kept on top of, with no extras or discount code. Prices are the same in every city we serve. 2 bed, 1 bath is the home size we clean most often. Move-in cleans use the end of lease price. Your own price depends on home size, cleaning needs, frequency and extras, and is itemised before you confirm.

WHAT OUR RECORDS SHOW
We’ve recorded 56,564 completed cleans since 2015. On our current booking platform, a standard clean took a median 2h 47m of cleaner time across 91 visits, and a deep clean 4h 46m across 65. On the median visit, time on site was 99% of the time we booked.
Measured times come from cleaner-app check-in and check-out times on visits since April 2026 where the clock data was plausible. They are total cleaner time across the team, for homes of every size; each service page shows booked time by home size.
