THE NUMBERS, CLEARLY
A fresh start. A lasting connection.
Earn $30 for a first standard or deep clean, or $50 for a first end-of-lease or move-in clean. Add a one-time $30 retention bonus after 3 recurring cleans are completed and paid within 180 days of the first completed clean.
New Simply Maid customers only. No self-referrals. Your application must be approved and the booking attributed to you. Commission is subject to review; an enquiry or booking alone does not earn commission.

All amounts are in AUD. This is the standard programme; any individually agreed rates are managed separately. A standard customer earns $30 for a one-off clean, or $60 with retention. A moving customer earns $50, or $80 with retention. Existing referrals keep their original milestone terms.

From referral to payment.
Know what is tracked, when a commission can be reviewed, and how to follow its progress.
Your link has a 30-day window.
A referral cookie records the link in the customer’s browser. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can affect tracking. A valid affiliate promo code takes priority when the original referral is established.
The original referral stays with you.
The first valid referral code takes priority over a link cookie when a new customer is attributed. That affiliate stays attached for the agreed reward period. Later codes do not move the retention reward to another affiliate.
Completion and payment start the review process.
Commission is tracked once the qualifying clean is completed and paid in full. After the 7-day hold it can be manually reviewed. Unresolved complaints, re-cleans, refunds and disputes remain under review. Pending does not mean approved or paid.
Approved earnings are paid monthly.
We process eligible commissions by the 15th each month, covering commissions approved by the previous month-end (Sydney time). There is no minimum payout. Complete Stripe payout setup in your dashboard; bank processing time is additional. Unresolved reviews or incomplete payout details can delay payment.

Who can apply?
The application welcomes creators, content publishers and business partners. Tell us about your platform, audience and how you plan to introduce Simply Maid. Every application is reviewed; applying does not automatically activate your referral link.
Do I need a website?
A website is optional on the application. You can share your social channels and describe your audience and promotion plans instead.
When will my application be approved?
Our team reviews applications and emails you when yours is approved. You can verify your email and complete payout setup while you wait. There is no guaranteed approval time.
Can I refer myself or an existing customer?
The published programme is for new Simply Maid customers only and excludes self-referrals. All commissions are subject to approval.
Is commission paid on every future clean?
No. Each new customer earns one acquisition reward and can earn one recurring retention bonus. The maximum is $60 for a standard or deep-clean acquisition, or $80 for an end-of-lease or move-in acquisition. Simply selecting a recurring frequency does not earn the bonus.
What happens if a customer uses another affiliate’s code?
Code priority applies when the original referral is established. Later codes do not replace the original affiliate for the retention reward. Tracking issues are reviewed by our team.
Which cleans count towards the retention bonus?
The customer must complete and pay for 3 standard or deep cleans on a recurring schedule within 180 days of their first completed clean. Their first clean counts if it is already on a recurring schedule. An end-of-lease or move-in clean does not count. Separate one-off bookings, cancelled cleans and return visits do not count.
How do I receive my commission?
Verify your email, open the affiliate dashboard and complete the Stripe payout setup. Commissions pass through a hold, manual review and payout processing. Eligible commissions approved by the previous month-end are processed by the 15th, with no minimum threshold. Bank processing time is additional.
